What is happening?

Licensing Act 2003 Notice of application to VARY a Premises Licence

Ashley Newton has applied for a new Premises Licence at Deli Espresso Newcastle, Ground Floor Café and 5th Floor Terrace, Home Group Offices, One Strawberry Place, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 4SF. 

The licensable activities Monday to Sunday between 11:00 and 23:00 will be films, performance of dance, anything similar to performance of dance and supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises. Conditions will apply. 

Anyone wishing to make a representation may do so in writing to Licensing Authority, Newcastle City Council, Public Safety and Regulation, Civic Centre, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 8QH Or licensing@ newcastle.gov.uk by 28 December 2023. 

The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address or at https://portal.newcastle.gov.uk 

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and is punishable by a fine of any amount on summary conviction for the offence.
