Deddf Rheoli Trafnidiaeth Ffyrdd 1984 Adran 14(1) Fel Y’i Diwygiwyd Gan Ddeddf  Trafnidiaeth Ffyrdd (Cyfyngiadau Dros Dro) 1991  Gorchymyn Cyngor Gwynedd (Cau Amryw O Ffyrdd Ym Mhenrhydeudraeth) (Gwaharddiad Trafnidiaeth Trwodd Dro) 2023
  Rhoddir Drwy Hyn Rybudd fod Cyngor Gwynedd wedi gwneud Gorchymyn sydd yn gwahardd unrhyw berson rhag peri i unrhyw gerbyd fynd mewn unrhyw gyfeiriad ar hyd y darnau hynny o’r ffyrdd isod. 
1. Ffordd o Fryn Saethon heibio Penlan Uchaf i Reilffordd Ffestiniog, Penrhyndeudraeth o bwynt ger yr eiddo a adwaenir fel T Briallen gan deithio mewn cyfeiriad de orllewinol am oddeutu 20 metr. 
2.  Ffordd o Fryn Gwilym i Ffordd yn arwain i Reilffordd Ffestiniog, Penrhyndeudraeth o bwynt ger y gyffordd gyferbyn â Bodorwel gan deithio mewn cyfeiriad de ddwyreiniol am oddeutu 15 metr. 
3. Ffordd o Fryn Saethon heibio Penlan Uchaf i Reilffordd Ffestiniog, Penrhyndeudraeth o bwynt ger y gyffordd gyferbyn â Bodorwel gan deithio mewn cyfeiriad de orllewinol am oddeutu 50 metr.  Mae angen y Gorchymyn ar sail iechyd a diogelwch i’r  cyhoedd yn ystod gwaith gosod pibell nwy newydd ar ran Wales & West Utilities.  Y ffordd arall, gan gychwyn o bwynt de orllewinol y caead, yw dilyn y ffordd mewn cyfeiriad de orllewinol, yna de ddwyreiniol hyd at y gyffordd gyda’r A4085. Trowch i’r chwith i deithio ar yr A4085 mewn cyfeiriad gogledd ddwyreiniol hyd at y gyffordd gyda’r Ffordd o Fryn Gwilym i Ffordd yn arwain i Reilffordd Ffestiniog. Trowch i’r chwith i deithio mewn cyfeiriad gogledd orllewinol hyd at y caead ac i’r gwrthwyneb ar gyfer cerbydau sydd yn teithio i’r cyfeiriad arall. Bydd mynediad ar gael i driglion.  Daeth y Gorchymyn i rym ar y 4ydd o Ragfyr, 2023 a bydd yn parhau mewn grym am gyfnod na fydd hwy na un mis neu hyd nes y cwblheir y gwaith y bwriedir ei wneud ar y ffordd, pa un bynnag fyddo gyntaf. Ar hyn o bryd disgwylir y gellir cwblhau’r gwaith o fewn tua 8 diwrnod.

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Section 14(1) As Amended By The Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991  The Gwynedd Council  (Closure Of Various Roads In Penrhyndeudraeth) (Temporary Prohibition Of Through Traffic) Order 2023 
Notice Is Hereby Given that the Gwynedd Council have made an Order, the effect of which is to prohibit any person from causing any vehicle to proceed in either direction along those lengths of roads noted below. 
1. Road from Bryn Saethon passing Penlan Uchaf to Ffestiniog Railway, Penrhyndeudraeth from a point by the property known as T Briallen travelling in a south westerly direction for approximately 20 metres. 
2. Road from Bryn Gwilym to the Road leading to Ffestiniog Railway, Penrhyndeudraeth from a point by the junction opposite Bodorwel travelling in a south easterly direction for approximately 15 metres. 
3. Road from Bryn Saethon passing Penlan Uchaf to Ffestiniog Railway, Penrhyndeudraeth from a point by the junction opposite Bodorwel travelling in a south westerly direction for approximately 50 metres.  The Order is necessary on health and safety grounds to the public during works to place a new gas pipe on behalf of Wales & West Utilities.  The alternative route, starting at the south westernmost point of the closure, is to travel in a south westerly, then south easterly direction up to the junction with the A4085. Turn left to follow the A4085 in a north easterly direction up to the junction with the Road from Bryn Gwilym to the Road leading to Ffestiniog Railway. Turn left to travel in a north westerly direction up to the closure and vice versa for vehicles travelling in the opposite direction. Access will be maintained for residents.  The Order came into effect on the 4th of December, 2023 and will continue in force for a period not exceeding one month or until the work which it is proposed to carry out on the road is completed, whichever is the earlier. At this stage it is anticipated that the work will be completed within approximately 8 days.
