TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDERS
Derby City Council has made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit use of the roads by traffic.
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE ORDER ON STOCKBROOK STREET, DERBY
WHEN: 10 December 2023 WHERE: Stockbrook Street, from number 294 to number 320 REASON: Telecom works ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Dean Street – Bramfield Avenue – Boyer Street – Abbey Street and the same in the opposite direction
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE ORDER
ON MOOR LANE, DERBY
WHEN: 11 December 2023 to 12 December 2023 WHERE: Moor Lane, from its junction with Osmaston Park Road to the entrance of Moorways Sports Complex Car Park – a distance of approximately 90 metres REASON: Carriageway resurfacing ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Osmaston Park Road – Victory Road and the same in the opposite direction
Derby City Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit use of the roads by traffic.
TEMPORARY PARKING BAY SUSPENSION ORDER ON LEOPOLD STREET, DERBY
WHEN: 8 January 2024 to 10 January 2024 WHERE: Leopold Street, from no 9 to no 7, for an approximate length of 12 metres. REASON: Electric works
TEMPORARY ONE WAY ORDER ON BECKET STREET, DERBY
WHEN: 8 January 2024 to 31 January 2025 WHERE: Becket Street, from Newland Street to Bramble Street REASON: Construction works ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Bramble Street – Curzon Street – Newland Street

Derby City Council (Hampshire Road) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting) (Amendment to Map Based Schedule) (No.131) Order 2023
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Derby City Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1, 2, 4, 9, 32, 35, 45, 46, 47, 49, 53 and part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and under the Traffic Management Act 2004 and all other enabling powers in that behalf.
The purpose of the Order will be to introduce:
No Waiting (At Any Time)
• Hampshire Road on both sides at the vehicle entrance to Beaufort Community Primary School, on the north side across the subway for approximately 15m, on the south side from lighting column LC11060 for approximately 15m eastwards and opposite the entrance to St Giles Spencer Academy.
A copy of the proposed Order together with maps which show the definitive extents of the proposal, a copy of the Authority’s Statement of Reasons for proposing the Order and the Order being amended, may be inspected online at https://www.derby.gov.uk/tro

Derby City Council (Six Streets Area) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting) (Amendment to Map Based Schedule) (No.125) Order 2022
Derby City Council has made this Traffic Regulation Order on 30th November 2023, which comes into effect on 4th December 2023 under Sections 1, 2, 4, 9, 32, 35, 45, 46, 47, 49, 53 and part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and under the Traffic Management Act 2004 and all other enabling powers in that behalf.
The purpose of the Order will be to introduce:
Car Club Permit Holders Only (At Any Time) (No Exemption For Disabled Badge Holders)
• Wheeldon Avenue, two bays adjacent to 112 Kedleston Road
• Kedleston Road, two bays opposite number 83 Kedleston Road
Electric Vehicle Charging Only
• Statham Street, one bay adjacent to 98a Kedleston Road
• White Street, one bay adjacent to 82 Kedleston Road
No Waiting (At Any Time)
• White Street, from its junction with Kedleston Road adjacent to 82 Kedleston Road for a distance of 10 metres, to match the existing lining on site
No Waiting (At Any Time) to be revoked
• 3 metres on Wheeldon Avenue, adjacent to number 112 Kedleston Road
• 3 metres on Statham Street, adjacent to 98a Kedleston Road
Copies of the Order and a copy of the Authority’s Statement of Reasons for making the Order, may be inspected online at

Anyone wishing to question the validity of the Order on the grounds that it is outside the powers of the Acts or because it does not comply with any requirement or regulations made under it, may, within six weeks of the date of the Order apply to the High Court for this purpose.
