GOODS VEHICLE OPERATOR’S LICENCE
NHS Dumfries & Galloway trading as NHS Dumfries & Galloway, Transport Services Department, Mountainhall Treatment Centre, Bankend Road, Dumfries, DG1 4AP is applying to change an existing licence as follows: To add an operating centre to keep 1 goods vehicle and 0 trailers at NHS Dumfries & Galloway, Transport Services Department, Mountainhall Treatment Centre, Bankend Road, Dumfries, DG1 4AP. Owners or occupiers of land (including buildings) near the operating centre(s) who believe that their use or enjoyment of that land would be effected, should make written representation to the Traffic Commissioner at Scottish Traffic Area, Hillcrest House, 386 Harehill Lane, Leeds, LS9 6NF stating their reasons, within 21 days of this notice. Representors must at the same time send a copy of their representations to the applicant at the address given at the top of this notice. (U484N WALLACEHALL) (TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER) NO.2 ORDER 2023
The Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily close the U484n near to the Meadows, Closeburn from 0930 to 1530 on 08/12/23. The closure is necessary to facilitate pole replacement works. Alternative route available via C6n, A76(T), C125n and vice versa. Emergency access will be available. Pedestrian access will be maintained.
(C12N DUMFRIES - BANKEND) (TEMPORARY 40 MILES PER HOUR SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2023
The Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to impose a temporary 40mph speed limit on the C12n, between Daisy Bank and Baillieknowe, Bankend Road, Dumfries from 0930 to 1530 on 12/12/23. The restriction is necessary to facilitate safety for workforce in association with Openreach pole replacement works.
