What is happening?
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE – PIGEON HOUSE LANE, SOUTHWICK, WINCHESTER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hampshire County Council has made an order (Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 S.14) to allow works to be carried out on or near the road
ROAD TO BE CLOSED: that part of Pigeon House Lane between the Hampshire County Boundary and its junction with Purbrook Heath Road.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Purbrook Heath Road, Mill Lane, B2177
DURATION OF ORDER: from 6th December 2023 for a period of 6 months or until completion of the works whichever is sooner.
(Notwithstanding, it is expected that the closure will be required for no longer than 3 days between the hours 09:00 – 16:30).
Reasonable facilities will be provided to allow access to adjacent premises while the work is being carried out.
