Harrogate, Knaresborough, Pannal & Burn Bridge, Parking & Waiting, No 49, Order 2023 Notice is hereby given that on 24/11/23 The North Yorkshire Council made an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1) & 35(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 & Part IV of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act & under the Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which is to amend North Yorkshire County Council (Parking & Waiting) (No.16) Order 2013 by introducing the restrictions specified in the schedules:- Back Unity Grove (U1268), Harrogate, From its junction with The Old Stables (U1183) to a point 11 metres south west of its junction with The Old Stables. Schedule 3, Disc Parking Zones - Residents Priority Parking Exemptions, King’s Road, Harrogate, The north west side from a point 22 metres south west of its junction with Coppice Drive to a point 54.5 metres south west of its junction with Coppice Drive. In so far as it relates to Schedule 40 (Disc/ Residential parking), items;110 (Zone N7 – Kings Road, Harrogate),139 to 142 (Zone N8 – Spring Mount, Harrogate). A copy of the Order, which comes into operation on 04/12/23, together with a map showing the roads affected may be examined at County Hall, Northallerton & at Harrogate Library, Victoria Avenue, Harrogate, HG1 1EQ during normal office hours from 30/11/23 to 05/01/24 & also viewed online at
www.northyorks.gov.uk/roadworks-map or www.northyorks.gov.uk/traffic-regulation-orders. If you wish to question the validity of the above Order or of any provision contained in it, on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, or of any Instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within 6 weeks of 24/11/23 make application to the High Court for the purpose.
