What is happening?

In the District of Sevenoaks

THE SEVENOAKS DISTRICT COUNCIL (OFF-STREET PARKING PLACES) (AMENDMENT 7) ORDER 2023
Notice is hereby given that Sevenoaks District Council and in exercise of its powers conferred by sections 32, 35 and 124 and Schedule 9 to the Road Traffc Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, after all consultation hereby propose to make the abovementioned Order, the effect of which will be to modify the Sevenoaks District Council (Off-Street Parking Places) Order 2010, and all subsequent amendments thereto, by:

IN VARIOUS CAR PARKS WITHIN THE DISTRICT OF SEVENOAKS:
• The expansion of charges to include Sundays at BUCKHURST 1, SOUTH PARK, SUFFOLK WAY, SEVENOAKS TOWN MULI-STOREY, ST JOHNS, ST JAMES, BEVAN PLACE, PARK ROAD, STATION ROAD, DARENT, QUEBEC AVENUE AND VICARAGE HILL

The proposed Order and other documents may be inspected at Sevenoaks District Council, Council Offces, Argyle Road, Sevenoaks, Kent TN13 1HG (Mon-Thurs. 9am to 5pm, Fri. 9am to 4.45pm) from Thursday 30 November 2023 until Friday 29 December 2023 or online at www.sevenoaks.gov.uk/parkingconsultations.

Representations must be made in writing to the aforementioned address or online at www.sevenoaks.gov.uk/parkingconsultations or by email to parking@sevenoaks.gov.uk, stating the grounds of any objection, quoting “TRO 2010 Amendment 7” and giving their full name and address by Friday 29 December 2023.
