VARIOUS ROADS AND PUBLIC RIGHTS OF WAY, LEICESTERSHIRE
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF ALL THROUGH TRAFFIC
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF ALL THROUGH TRAFFIC INCLUDING PEDESTRIANS, EQUESTRIANS AND NON-MOTORISED TRAFFIC ORDER 2023

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council intends not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984, the effect of which will be to allow for the closure of those lengths of County Roads (Field Roads) and Byways open to all traffic (BOTATs) specified in the schedules of this notice. It is expected that the Order will come into force on 21/12/23 and have a maximum duration of 20 weeks.
The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 20 weeks.
The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Leicestershire County Council and associated contractors to stabilise/prevent further damage to the routes and protect the safety of network users and various highway maintenance works.

Somerby – Track from Melton Lane to Somerby Road between Bridleway D82 and Melton Lane, Burrough On The Hill (24902764). Redmile – Restricted Byway BOTAT G9 between Main Street and Long Lane (24902056). Redmile – BOTAT G4 between Bakers Lane/ Drift Hill and Belvoir Road, Bottesford (24902049). TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF ALL THROUGH TRAFFIC INCLUDING PEDESTRIAN, EQUESTRIANS AND NON-MOTORISED TRAFFIC

WILLESLEY WOODSIDE, ASHBY DE LA ZOUCH, ASHBY WOULDS TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF ALL THROUGH TRAFFIC ORDER 2023
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council has made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. 
The Order will come into force on 04/12/23 and have a maximum duration of 3 months.
The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 10 days. 
The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Openreach to undertake infrastructure maintenance.
The proposed diversion route will be via: Ashby Road, Measham Road, Moira; Moira Road, Ashby Road, Donisthorpe; Willesley Lane, Ashby de la Zouch; and vice versa.

SCHEDULE 1
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF ALL THROUGH TRAFFIC
Willesley Woodside, Ashby de la Zouch – between Willesley Woodside, Ashby Woulds and Willesley Lane, Ashby de la Zouch. Willesley Woodside, Ashby Woulds – for its entire length.

QUEEN STREET, OADBY TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF ALL THROUGH TRAFFIC ORDER 2023
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council has made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. 
The Order will come into force on 04/12/2023 and have a maximum duration of 6 months. 
The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 5 days. 
The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow City Fibre to excavate and install new infrastructure. 
The proposed diversion route will be via: Harborough Road, Uplands Road, Oadby.

SCHEDULE 1
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF ALL THROUGH TRAFFIC
Queen Street, Oadby – at the junction with Harborough Road.
