Mae Gweinidogion Cymru wedi gwneud Gorchymyn o dan adran 14 o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984. Mae angen y Gorchymyn er mwyn gwneud gwaith ar gefnffordd yr A465, neu gerllaw iddi, ar Hereford Road, y Fenni, Sir Fynwy.  Effaith y Gorchymyn yw gwneud y canlynol dros dro:  i. gwahardd cerbydau rhag mynd ar hyd y darn o gefnffordd yr A465 a bennir yn Atodlen 1 i’r Hysbysiad hwn.  ii. gosod terfyn cyflymder o 40 mya ar y darn o gefnffordd yr A465 a bennir yn Atodlen 2 i’r Hysbysiad hwn.  Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ar 30 Tachwedd 2023. Disgwylir i’r gwaharddiad a’r cyfyngiad dros dro, a fydd yn cael eu dangos gan arwyddion traffig, fod yn weithredol o 00:01 ar 30 Tachwedd 2023 am 18 mis ar y mwyaf.  Gellir gweld copi o’r Gorchymyn a’r Hysbysiad ar wefan Llywodraeth Cymru ar https://llyw.cymru/gorchmynion-ffyrdd  J Saddler, Trafnidiaeth, Llywodraeth Cymru ATODLEN 1 Gwahardd cerbydau dros dro  Hyd y gilfan gyfagos i’r gerbytffordd tua’r gogledd ar gefnffordd yr A465, gan gynnwys y lôn arafu sy’n arwain at y gilfan a’r lôn gyflymu sy’n arwain o’r gilfan, gyferbyn â’r fynedfa i Roc House Farm, Hereford Road, y Fenni, Sir Fynwy.  Atodlen 2 Terfyn cyflymder 40 mya dros dro  Hyd y darn o gefnffordd sy’n ymestyn o bwynt 500 metr i’r de o ganolbwynt y gilfan gyfagos i’r gerbytffordd tua’r gogledd o gefnffordd yr A465, gyferbyn â’r fynedfa i Roc House Farm, Hereford Road, y Fenni, i bwynt 460 metr i’r gogledd o ganolbwynt y gilfan honno. 
Statutory Notice  For a large print copy of this Notice contact 03000 255 454 or email Transportordersbranch@gov.wales  The A465 Trunk Road (Hereford Road, Abergavenny, Monmouthshire) (Temporary Traffic Prohibition & Restriction) Order 2023  The Welsh Ministers have made an Order under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which is necessary to undertake works on or near the A465 trunk road at Hereford Road, Abergavenny, Monmouthshire.  The effect of the Order is to temporarily:  i. prohibit vehicles from proceeding on the length of the A465 trunk road specified in Schedule 1 to this Notice.  ii. impose a 40 mph speed limit on the length of the A465 trunk road specified in Schedule 2 to this Notice.  The Order comes into force on 30 November 2023. The temporary prohibition and restriction, which will be indicated by traffic signs, are expected to operate from 00:01 on 30 November 2023 for a maximum duration of 18 months.  A copy of the Order and Notice can be viewed on the Welsh Government’s website at https://gov.wales/road-orders  J Saddler, Transport, Welsh Government
SCHEDULE 1 Temporary prohibition of vehicles  The length of the lay-by adjacent to the northbound carriageway of the A465 trunk road, including the deceleration lane leading to and acceleration lane leading from the lay-by, located opposite the access to Roc House Farm, Hereford Road, Abergavenny, Monmouthshire.  Schedule 2 Temporary 40 mph speed limit  The length of the trunk road that extends from a point 500 metres south of the centre-point of the lay-by adjacent to the northbound carriageway of the A465 trunk road, located opposite the access to Roc House Farm, Hereford Road, Abergavenny, to a point 460 metres north of the centre-point of that lay-by.
