C104B – TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
“The Aberdeenshire Council (C104B, Maud-Shevado-Fedderate Road – 04.12.23) (Temporary Closure to Vehicular Traffic) Order, 2023” has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984. The order will operate from 04/12/23 for 12 days and will prohibit any person from driving on the C104B, Maud-Shevado-Fedderate Road from the A981 at West Lodge to Victoria Road, Maud. Access will be provided for emergency and vehicles requiring access to properties but may be subject to delay until the road is cleared of construction plant to allow safe passage through the works.
The temporary restriction is necessary in the interests of public safety owing to carriageway patching and drainage works. An alternative route is available via Victoria Road, Maud, Deer Road West, B9029, A981 and vice versa.
