What is happening?

SUFFOLK COUNTY COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984: SECTION 14

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PART OF THE B1076 NORTHGATE STREET AND GREAT COLMAN STREET, IPSWICH

Suffolk County Council has made an order closing the following roads:

* the B1076 Northgate Street, Ipswich from

Great Colman Street to number 3 Northgate Street

* the B1076 Great Colman Street, Ipswich from Northgate Street to Old Foundry Road.

This Is to facilitate the use of a crane to lift air conditioning units into the hotel. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period.

Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.

The diversion route will be Great Colman Street, Old Foundry Road

and no vice versa.

It Is Intended that the closure will operate on 26/11/2023 but. If necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer If extended by the Minister). Enquines should be made to Independent Contract Lifting Services. Tel: (01279) 876544.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PART OF THE B1078 LOWER ROAD, HEMINGSTONE

Suffolk County Council has made an order closing the B1078 Lower Road, Hemingstone from 150 metres west of the junction with Main Road for 25 metres westbound to facilitate telegraph pole replacement. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period.

Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists. The diversion route will be the B1078, the B1077, the A1120, the A140, Needham Road, Church Road, High Street, Lower Road and vice versa.

It is intended that the closure will operate from 27/11/2023 -28/11/2023 from 9.30am - 3.30pm. If necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister). Enquiries should be made to I & ACommunicalon Ltd. Tel: (01284) 811988.

Suffolk County Council has made an order closing the A1071 London Road, Ipswich from Yarmouth Road to the supermarket to facilitate camageway repairs. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period. Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists. The diversion routes will be as follows:

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PART OF THE C23 CAULDWELL HALL ROAD, IPSWICH

Suffolk County Council has made an order closing the C23 Cauldwell HalfRoad, Ipswich from Foxhall Road to Spring Road to facilitate fibre network works. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period. Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists. The diversion route will be Spring Road, the B1075 and vice versa.

It is intended that the closure will operate from 9pm on 27/11/2023 - 6am on 28/11/2023. If necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PART OF THE U4315 BACONS GREEN, HOLTON ST MARY

Suffolk County Council has made an order closing the U4315 Bacons Green, Holton St Maiy from no. 1 - no. 4 to facilitate manhole maintenance works. Other co-ordinated worts may also take place during this period. Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists. The diversion route will be the B1070, Higham Road, Lower Road, Sulleys Hill, Sulleys Hill Road, Bacons Green and vice versa. It is intended that the closure will operate on 27/11/2023 from 9am - 3pm but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PART OF THE U7107 FARLEY GREEN, WICKHAMBROOK

Suffolk County Council intends to make an order closing the U7107 Farley Green, Wickham Brook from Peacocks Farm Access for 50 metres westbound to facilitate a new water supply. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this penod. Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists. The diversion route will be Farley Green, Hawbush Road, Red Dock Lane and vice versa.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PART OF THE C356 IPSWICH ROAD, WALDRINGFIELD

Suffolk County Council has made an order closing the C356 Ipswich Road.waldringfield from the junction with well Road to the junction with Newboume Road to facilitate road marking replacement. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PART OF THE C356 IPSWICH ROAD, WALDRINGFIELD

Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.

The diversion route will be Brightwell Road, Chapel Road,

Newbourne Road, Watermill Road, Mill Road, The Street,

Woodbridge Road, Newboume Road and vice versa.

It is intended thai the closure will operate from 28/11/2023 -

29/11/2023 but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for

18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).

Suffolk County Council has made an order closing the C309 Woodbridge Road, Bredfield from Bramble Cottage for 30 metres southbound to facilitate a new water connection. Oder co-ordinated works may also take place during this period. Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists. The diversion route will be the A12, the B1079, the B1078 and vice versa.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PART OF THE U1501 ST ANNES ROAD, BECCLES

Suffolk County Council has made an order closing the U1501 St Annes Road, Beccles from the junction with Ingate Road to no. 39 to facilitate a gas main replacement. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period. Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists. The diversion route will be St Georges Road, Rigboume Hill, Castle Hill, Ellough Road, Ingate Road and vice versa. It is intended that the closure will operate from 2/11/2023 -22/12/2023 but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).
