TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PART OF THE B1071 LAVENHAM ROAD, SUDBURY

Suffolk County Council has made an order closing the B1071 Lavenham Road, Sudbury from the junction with Melford Road for 30 metres southbound to facilitate a new water connection. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period. Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists. The diversion route will be the B1071, the A1141, the A134, the B1115, the B1071 and vice versa. It is intended that the closure will operate from 28/11/2023 -01/12/2023 from 7pm - 6am but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister). TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PART OF THE U3211 EDMONTON CLOSE, KESGRAVE

Suffolk County Council intends to make an order closing the U3211 Edmonton Close, Kesgrave from Laurel Avenue to Michigan Close to facilitate safe access to a pole. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period. Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists. The diversion route will be Edmonton Road, Main Road, Bell Lane, Edmonton Close and vice versa. It is intended that the closure will operate on 07/12/2023 from 9:30am until 2:30pm but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister). TEMPORARY CLOSURE AND SUSPENSION OF 7.5 TONNE WEIGHT RESTRICTION ON PART OF THE A137 WEST END ROAD. THE A1071 LONDON ROAD AND THE A1156 GREYFRIARS ROAD, IPSWICH

Suffolk County Council has made an order closing the A137 West End Road, Ipswich from London Road to Sir Alf Ramsey Way to facilitate carriageway repairs. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period. Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists. The diversion route will be the A1071, the A1022, the A1156, the A137 and vice versa.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE AND SUSPENSION OF 7.5 TONNE WEIGHT RESTRICTION ON PART OF THE A137 WEST END ROAD. THE A1071 LONDON ROAD AND THE A1156 GREYFRIARS ROAD, IPSWICH

For the duration of this closure there will be a suspension of the 7.5 tonne weight restriction on the A1071 London Road and the A1156 Greyfriars Road to allow access and egress.

It is intended that these measures will operate from 7pm on 28/11/2023 until 1am on 29/11/2023 but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister). Enquiries should be made to Volkersmart Technologies. Tel: 0800 083 6160.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PART OF THE C675 ROAD SOUTHEAST FROM C681, HAWKEDON

Suffolk County Council has made an order closing the C675 Road Southeast from C681, Hawkedon from 150 metres southeast of Footpath 16, Somerton for 50 metres south eastbound to facilitate telecommunication pole replacements. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period. Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists. The diversion route will be Road from Lower Green to the B1066, the B1066 Mill Road, Rede Road, the C675 Road Southeast from C681 and vice versa.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PART OF THE C626 ICKNIELD WAY, LACKFORD

Suffolk County Council intends to make an order closing the C626 Icknield Waylackford from 660 metres northeast of the junction with The Street for 150 metres north eastbound to facilitate pole renewal and cabling. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period.

Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists. The diversion route will be the C627 from the district boundary to the C624, the road from the district boundary to the C629, Cavenham Road, The Green, Flempton Road, Risby Road, the A1101 and vice versa.

Suffolk County Council has made an order closing the C465 Woodlands Road. Raydon from The Street to Raydon Hall Farm to facilitate manhole maintenance worts. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period. Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists. The diversion route will be Woodlands Road, Raydon Road, Clay Hill, Duke Street, Pond Mall Road, Hintlesham, Pond Mall Road, Hadleigh, Station Road, the B1070 and vice versa. It is intended that the closure will operate on 28/11/2023 from 9am - 4pm but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister). The diversion route will be Road from 8407 to C724, Red Hill, Red Hill Road, the A1071, Burstall Road, The Street, Church Hill, Burstall Hill, Elmsett Road, Ipswich Road Elmsett, Ipswich Road Aldham and vice versa.

Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period. Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists. The diversion route will be the B1456, Erwarton Walk, Sholey Road, Queens Road, The Street, Shop Comer, Lower Road, Lings Lane, the B1456 and vice versa. It is intended that the closure will operate from 9pm on 07/12/2023 - 5am on 08/12/2023 but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).
