NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN

make an Order under the Road
Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as
amended, the effects of which
will be to roads in Gamston in
the Borough of Rushcliffe:-
1. On the following length of
road no person shall drive a
vehicle at a speed exceeding
40mph :-
A6011 Radcliffe Road,
Gamston in the Borough of
Rushcliffe

The proposed speed limit would
replace the existing National
Speed Limit of 70mph speed
limit. The introduction of 40mph
speed limits on the approaches
to and on the Gamston
roundabout will help improve
safety for road users on the
new signalised roundabout and
also pedestrians and cyclists
who will be using the new
crossing facilities which have
been constructed as part of
the new scheme introduced
by National Highways.
The Written objections (stating
grounds and quoting ref. 8316)
must be received by me by the
20th day of December 2023.
Any details you provide may be
shared with Nottinghamshire
County Council as appropriate.
