THE LONDON BOROUGH OF HAVERING (PARKING PLACES) (MAP BASED) (AMENDMENT No.54) ORDER 2023

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 23rd November 2023 the Council of the London Borough of Havering did make the above-mentioned Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended

2. The general effect of the Orders will be to:-

a) Introduce no waiting at any time restrictions

i) On Kestrel Close outside Nos. 8/9 and 10/11

ii) On Emerson Drive outside Nos. 16/18

iii) On the junction of Emerson Drive and Billet Lane, extending down the flank wall of Nos. 101/103 Billet Lane

iv) On the junction of Dunningford Close and Rainham Road

v) On the junction of Swanbourne Drive and Chevington Way, extending around the bend to No. 70 Swanbourne Drive

vi) On Jutsums Lane, from its junction with Bridport Avenue to the railway bridge. Also on the opposite side near the boundary of No. 81 to the railway bridge

vii) On Northolt Way outside Nos. 33/35 and Nos. 37/39

b) Introduce a Disabled persons parking bay on:

i) Udall Gardens outside Nos. 18/20

ii) Barberry Close outside No. 11

iii) Gidea Avenue outside No. 2a

iv) Abbs Cross Lane outside Nos. 161 to 175

v) Firbank Road opposite No. 5

vi) Bedale Road outside No. 22

vii) Veronica Close outside Nos. 66/67

c) Extension to existing disabled parking bay on Victor Close outside Nos. 61 /89

d) Introduce no waiting and no loading at any time restrictions on South Street, Romford outside Myddleton Court extending to outside No. 365

e) Extension of existing no waiting restrictions at any time restrictions;

i) On Waycross Road from its junction with Wingfield Gardens to outside Nos. 38/40

ii) On Brunswick Avenue outside No. 2

iii) On Ayloffs Walk outside The Bowers Nos. 1 to 5

iv) On Faringdon Avenue opposite No. 65

f) Introduce a loading bay operational Monday to Saturday 8am to 6.30pm (20 minutes loading) on Manser Road along the flank wall of No. 135 New Road, Rainham

g) Introduce a loading bay operational at all times on Exchange Street to the rear of Nos.78b/80 South Street

h) Introduce no loading at any time restrictions on Hacton Drive at its junction with Suttons Lane

i) Change the existing waiting restriction Monday to Saturday 8am to 6.30pm on Suttons Lane outside No. 2b extending to No. 8 to a no waiting at any time restriction

j) Introduce no loading at any time restrictions on Suttons Lane around its junction with

Vaughan Avenue and around its junction with Kent Drive

k) Remove the no waiting at any time restrictions on Bamford Way to the rear of Nos. 37a/37b

Navarre Gardens

I) Remove free parking bay along the flank wall of No. 10 Suttons Lane and extending the waiting

restriction Monday to Saturday 8.00am to 6.30pm on Randall Drive m) Remove part of a Monday to Friday 10.30am to 11.30am waiting restriction fronting Petands Court, Randall Drive and introducing free parking bays n) Introduce a disabled parking bay on Wednesbury Road opposite No. 19 in the turning head and

introduce no waiting at any time restrictions in the turning head near to No. 22

3. Copies of the Orders, which will come into force on the 27th November 2023, other relevant Orders, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders, can be obtained by emailing schemes@havering.gov.uk, until the expiration of a period of six weeks from the date on which the Orders are made.

4. If any person wishes to question the validity of either of the Orders, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument under the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders are made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
