Broseley Ln & Wilton Ln, Culcheth
(Prohibition of Driving) Temporary Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that, in not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice, the Council intends to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of which will be to introduce a prohibition of driving as follows: Broseley Ln from its jct. with Broseley Pl to its jct. with Wilton Ln; Wilton Ln from its jct. with Broseley Ln to its jct. with Culcheth & Glazebury Footpath 109. The Order will be effective from 10pm on 12th December 2023 to 7am on 13th December 2023. The alternative route will be via Kenyon Ln, Newton Rd, East Lancashire Rd, Warrington Rd, Common Ln & vice versa. The restrictions are required to allow Network Rail to carry out vegetation clearance. Ref: 5075800

Richmond Ave (Prohibition of Driving)
Temporary Order 2023
The effect of which is to introduce a prohibition of driving on Richmond Ave (eastbound traffic) from its jct. with Kingsway South to its jct. with Boydell Ave. The Order will be effective from 27th November 2023 for 2 weeks. The alternative route will be via Kingsway South, Reynolds St & Whitley Ave. The closure is required to allow Cadent Gas to carry out mains renewal works. Ref: 4323836
Winwick Link Rd & Winwick Ln
(30 MPH Speed Limit) Temporary Order 2023
The effect of which is to introduce a 30 miles per hour speed limit restriction on the following lengths of road: Winwick Link Rd from its jct. with Waterworks Ln to its jct. with Winwick Ln; Winwick Ln from its jct. with Winwick Link Rd to the Borough Boundary with Wigan. The Order will be effective from 27th November 2023 for 18 months. The restrictions are required to allow for highway works associated with the Parkside Development to take place. Ref: 4898708
Withers Ave & Smith Dr (Prohibition of Driving) Temporary Order 2023
The effect of which is to introduce a prohibition of driving as follows: Withers Ave from its jct. with Halsall Ave to its jct. with Hallfields Rd; Smith Dr from its jct. with Withers Ave to its jct. with Roscoe Ave. The Order will be effective from 28th November 2023 for 1 day. The alternative route will be via Hallfields Rd, Orford Green & vice versa. The restrictions are required to allow for tree maintenance works to be carried out. Ref: 4411464
Cromwell Roundabouts (Phase 2b) (Prohibition of Driving & Clearway) Temporary Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that the Council made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 on 19th October 2023. The effect of which is to introduce a prohibition of driving & clearway as follows: Cromwell Ave from the roundabout at Twenty Acre Rd/Old Hall Rd to its jct. with Ladywood Rd/Westbrook Cres; Twenty Acre Rd from Cromwell Ave for 50m; Shackleton Cl from Cromwell Ave for 100m. The Order was to be effective from 19th November 2023 for 3 weeks, between 7pm & 1am, however it is now required to be in place for 4 weeks. The alternative route & reason for the works remains the same as previously advertised. Ref: 121958
The temporary restrictions will be in place as & when the signs are in place on site. Access will be under the control of the relevant Contractor for the duration of the works.
The Borough of Warrington (Parkside Development)
(Various Restrictions) Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that the Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 84 & Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 & of all other enabling powers. The effect of the Order will be as follows:
1. The Orders specified in Column 1 of Schedule 1 to this Notice are revoked to the extent as detailed in Column 2 of the said Schedule.
2. To prohibit any Motor Vehicle exceeding 7.5 tonnes to proceed along Parkside Rd (Unclassified) from its jct. with Golborne Rd to its jct. with A573 Parkside Link Rd/ A573 Parkside Rd, except for the purpose of access.
3. To introduce a 20 miles per hour speed limit on the lengths of road specified in Schedule 2 to this Notice.
4. To introduce a 30 miles per hour speed limit on the lengths of road specified in Schedule 3 to this Notice.
5. To introduce a 40 miles per hour speed limit on the lengths of road specified in Schedule 4 to this Notice.

Gerosa Ave - For its entire length; Golborne Rd (Unclassified) - From its jct. with Newton Rd for a distance of 833m in a northerly direction; Golborne Rd (Unclassified) - From a point 1268m north east of its jct. with Newton Rd to its jct. with Parkside Rd; Golborne Rd (Unclassified) - All link roads fronting Golborne Rd to the north & south of its jct. with Hermitage Cl; Green Ln (Winwick) - For its entire length; Hermitage Cl - For its entire length; Parkside Rd (Unclassified) - From a point 395m south west of its jct. with A573 Parkside Rd to its jct. with Golborne Rd in a southerly direction.

Notice is hereby given that the Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1, 2, 4 & Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 & of all other enabling powers. The effect of the Order will be as follows:-
1. The Borough of Warrington (Traffic Management) (Civil Enforcement) Consolidation Order 2018, is hereby further varied or amended as follows:-
(a) In the 4th Schedule by the addition of: 24 Hour Clearways: A573 Parkside Link Rd - From its Administerial Boundary with St. Helens Council in an easterly direction to its jct. with A573 Parkside Rd; A573 Parkside Rd - From its Administerial Boundary with St. Helens Council to its jct. with A573 Parkside Link Rd; A579 Winwick Ln - From its jct. with A49/M6 Jct. 22 to its Administerial Boundary with St. Helens Council; A579 Winwick Ln - From its Administerial Boundary with St. Helens Council for a distance of approx. 140m in a north easterly direction; Winwick Ln Service Rd (Unclassified) - From its Administerial Boundary with St Helens Council for its entire length.
