WANDSWORTH BOROUGH COUNCIL PUBLIC NOTICES
MINOR PARKING AMENDMENTS HOLMBUSH ROAD, SW15
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth on 22 November 2023 the following Order under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Local Government Act 1985 and the Traffic Management Act 2004.
- The Wandsworth (Putney) (Parking Places) (No. 1) Order 2023
2. The general effect of the Orders would Be to make amendments to the parking bays outside No. 8 Holmbush Road, so that 5.5 metres of parking bay is removed and replaced with a single yellow line to facilitate a crossover.
3. Copies of documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order, which comes into force on 27 November 2023 are available for inspection during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays in The Customer Centre, The Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London, SW18 2PU. The documents will remain available until the end of six weeks from the date on which the Order was made.
4. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements of that Act or of any relevant regulations made under that Act have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks from the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.

MINOR PARKING AMENDMENTS VARIOUS ROADS IN THE BOROUGH
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth on 22 November 2023 made the following Orders under sections 6 45, 46 and 49 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Local Government Act 1985 and the Traffic Management Act 2004.
- The Wandsworth (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Special Parking Areas) (Amendment No. 645) Order 2023;
- The Wandsworth (Wandsworth Common & Tooting Bee) (Parking Places) (No.1) Order 2023.
2. The general effect of the Orders will be to make certain changes to parking arrangements, as detailed in the Schedule to this Notice,

Copies of documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders, which will come into force on 27 November 2023 are available for inspection during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays in The Customer Centre, The Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London, SW18 2PU. Roehampton High To remove 5 metres of existing R2 Street, SW15 permit holders only parking bay and install waiting restriction (marked as double yellow line) opposite the vehicle entrance to No.55 Roehampton High Street.

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth on 22 November 2023 the following Order under sections 6 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Local Government Act 1985 and the Traffic Management Act 2004.

PROPOSED BANNED RIGHT TURN AND ONE-WAY WORKING
BOUNDARIES ROAD AND CHESTNUT GROVE, SW17
- The Wandsworth (Prescribed Routes) (No. *) Order 202*
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth, with the agreement of Transport for London, propose to make the above-mentioned Order under section 6 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Local Government Act 1985 and the Traffic Management Act 2004.
2. The general effects of the Order are to introduce the following restrictions:-
(a) no person shall cause or permit any motor vehicle proceeding in Chestnut Grove to turn right int Boundaries Road between 7am and 9am and between 3pm and 6pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive;
(b) no person shall cause or permit any motor vehicle to proceed in Boundaries Road, between its junctions with Balham Park Road and Rowfant Road other than in a direction from north-east to south-west.
The restrictions will not apply to cycles.
3. Copies of documents and plans giving more detailed particulars of the proposal, can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of a period of six weeks from the date on which the Order is made in The Customer Centre, The Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London, SW18 2PU.
4. Any person wishing to object to the proposed Order should send a statement in writing of their objection to the Director of Environment and Community Services at the address below (quoting reference W/ECS/TMO/2007A) within 21 days of the date of this Notice.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, in pursuance of section 90 of the Highways Act 1980, as amended, and Section 23 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth proposes to install a raised zebra crossing, and a zebra crossing in the locations in the schedule to this Notice

Locations of Proposed Raised Zebra Crossing
Raised zebra crossing In Boundaries Road, south-west of the junction of Chestnut Grove. The control area of the crossing shall extend to approximately 20 metres southwest of the junction with Chestnut Grove.
Location of Proposed Zebra Crossing
Chestnut Grove, a zebra crossing, with the control area from the northern kerb-line of Endlesham Road southwards to the common boundary of Nos 36 and 38 Chestnut Grove.
WANDSWORTH BOROUGH COUNCIL
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 -SECTION 14(1)
TIBBET'S CORNER ROUNDABOUT
1. The Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate carriageway resurfacing works they intend to make a Temporary Traffic Order the effect of which will be to introduce temporary restrictions as set out in paragraph 2 below.
2. Whilst the Order remains in force, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in the following lengths of road:-
(a) Tibbet's Corner Roundabout;
(b) Wimbledon Park Side, between its junction with Tibbet's Corner and a point outside the southern boundary of Oatlands Court.
3. The Order shall come into effect on 27 November 2023 and shall remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months.
4. Signed alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closures will be available in adjacent streets
5. The temporary road closure will only apply at such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by the placing of traffic signs. The works will be carried out overnight between 20.00 on 27 November and 05.00 on 28 November, and at the same times for the next six nights until 05.30 on 4 December 2023.
6. Nothing in the Notice applies to:
(a) any vehicle approved by the Council.
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.
7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.
