Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Camden proposes to make the above Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended. The general nature and effect of the orders will be:

(a) to revoke parking places or sections of parking places in order to install bicycle hangars at the locations below together with the designation of waiting restrictions:

Agamemnon Road: the north-east side, the south-easternmost 7.2 metre section of the resident permit holders parking place at the side of No. 61 Hillfield Road to facilitate the installation of a 5.2 metre bicycle hangar;

Agar Grove: the north-west side, the north-easternmost 7.2 metre section of the resident permit holders parking place opposite Nos. 90 and 92 Agar Grove to facilitate the installation of a 5.2 metre bicycle hangar and a 2-metre extension of the existing waiting restrictions;

Ajax Road: the north-east side, the north-westernmost 5.2 metre section of the resident permit holders parking place opposite No. 2 Ulysses Road;

Barker Drive: the north side, a 5.2 metre section of the resident permit holders parking place opposite 62 to 73 Barker Drive;

Bartholomew Villas: the west side, a 2.6 metre section of the resident permit holders parking place outside No. 20 Bartholomew Villas;

Belsize Crescent: the north-east side, the south-easternmost 7.2 metre section of the resident permit holders parking place at the side of No. 62 Belsize Lane to facilitate the installation of a 5.2 metre bicycle hangar;

Belsize Park: the west side, a 5.2 metre section of the resident permit holders parking place opposite No. 5 Belsize Park;

Belsize Road: the south-east side, a 5.2 metre section of the resident permit holders parking place outside Sheridan Court;

Burghley Road: the south-west side, a 5.2 metre section of the resident permit holders parking place opposite Nos. 46 and 48 Burghley Road;

Camden Terrace: the north-east side, a 2.6 metre section of the resident permit holders parking place outside No. 6 Camden Terrace;

Constantine Road: the south-east side, a 5.2 metre section of the resident permit holders parking place outside Nos. 56 and 58 Constantine Road;

Fawley Road: the north side, a 5.1 metre section of the paid for parking place outside Fawley Mansions. This measure will include an extension of the adjacent e-scooter and bicycle hire bay by 2.5 metres eastwards

Gladys Road: the east side, a 5.2 metre section of the resident permit holders parking place outside No. 18 Gladys Road;

Hilltop Road: the east side, a 5.5 metre section of the resident permit holders parking place opposite Nos. 18 and 20 Hilltop Road;

Holmdale Road: the north-east side, the south-easternmost 7.2 metre section of the resident permit holders parking place opposite Nos. 10 and 12 Holmdale Road, to facilitate the installation of a 5.2 metre bicycle hangar and a 2-metre extension of the existing waiting restrictions;

Lithos Road: the north-west side, a 5.2 metre section of the resident permit holders parking place opposite No. 1 Lithos Road;

Lymington Road: the south-east side, a 5.2 metre section of the resident permit holders parking place at the side of No. 2 Beswick Mews;

Purchese Street: the south-west side, a 5.6 metre section of the resident permit holders parking place, that is 5.9 metres south-east from the point opposite the building line of 1 to 29 Monica Shaw Court; Roger Street: the south side, the easternmost 5.2 metre section of the pay by phone parking place at the side of No. 21 John Street;

Sandwell Crescent: the north-west side, the south-westernmost 5.3 metre section of the shared use parking place at the side of No. 237 West End Lane;

Sherriff Road: the north-west side, a 5.2 metre section of the resident permit holders parking place outside 9 to 16 Sherriff Court;

St Cuthbert's Road: the north-west side, a 5.2 metre section of the shared use parking place at the side of No. 56 Fordwych Road;

Vale of Health: the east side, the southernmost 2.6 metre section of the resident permit holders parking place outside Upfleet;

Winchester Road: the south-west side, a 5.2 metre section of the pay by phone parking place outside No. 27 Winchester Road;

(b) in Roger Street, to change the use of:

(i) the 5.6 metres of parking place immediately west of the bicycle hangar described above from pay by phone to resident permit holder; and

(ii) the 5.5 metres of parking place immediately east of the bicycle hangar described above from resident permit holder to pay by phone;

(c) in Belsize Crescent, on both sides, introduce no waiting 'at any time' (to be indicated by double yellow lines) between the north-western kerb-line of Belsize Lane and a point 10 metres north-west of that kerb-line, including revoking the south-easternmost 3.1 metre section of the existing resident or business permit holders parking place on the south-west side; and

(d) in Sandwell Crescent, on the south-eastern side, revoke the north-easternmost 3 metre section of the shared use parking place at the side of Sandwell Mansions and replace it with no waiting 'at any time' restrictions (to be indicated by double yellow lines).

Copies of the proposed Orders, a plan indicating the proposals, and other documents relating to the Orders may be obtained by contacting traffic.orders@camden.gov.uk or inspected at camden.gov.uk/recently-advertised-proposals or may be inspected in person by appointment only at 5 Pancras Square, London, N1C 4AG, between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm on Mondays to Fridays excluding bank and public holidays (please contact traffic.orders@camden.gov.uk to arrange an appointment). Any person wishing to object or make representations in respect of the proposed Orders should send comments in writing, giving reasons for any objection to traffic.orders@camden.gov.uk or by post to FREEPOST LBC TRANSPORT STRATEGY, to be received by the end of 15 December 2023.
