What is happening?

PTRO761 - Weatherby Way, Ellesmere Port
Notice is hereby given that in accordance with section 90A of the Highways Act 1980, Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council, is proposing to introduce traffic calming features as detailed below:
Raised junction features 75mm high located at:
- Wetherby Way's junctions with Service Road to Wilton Close and Scotton Avenue.
- Thorne Drive's junctions with Collingham Green, Harewood Avenue and Drummond Avenue.
- Harewood Avenue's junction with Philips Lane. Glencoe Road's junction with Berry Drive and Gleneagles Road.
Flat top speed hump feature 75mm high located on:
- Thorne Drive 170m from its junction with Wetherby Way. Pairs of speed cushions, 1.6m wide, 75mm high located on:
- Wetherby Way - 30, 90, 155, 300, 385, 560, 635, 670, 750, 820, 890 and 955 metres from its junction with Ledsham Road.
- Ripon Avenue - 60, 115 and 150 metres from its junction with Wetherby Way.
- Gleneagles Road - 40, 100, 175, 240 and 330 metres from its junction with Ross Drive.

TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER PTRO763 (Ring Road, Great Boughton, Chester) (ONE WAY) ORDER 2023
Notice is hereby given that Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council propose to make the following Traffic Regulation Order in accordance with the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order will make Ring Road one-way for all vehicles from its southerly junction with A41 Ring Road to its northerly junction with A41 Ring Road in a north-westerly, then north-easterly then south-easterly direction. Full details are in the draft Order which, together with a plan showing the extents of the proposal, may be viewed in the Public Notices section of the Council's website, or at Cheshire West and Chester HQ, 58 Nicholas Street, Chester, CH1 2NP.
