ORDER 2023
NOTICE is hereby given that Neath Port Talbot Council on the 21st day of November 2023 made an amendment to the Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council (Off-Street Parking Places) Order 2021 made on 9th March 2021, the effect of which is as set out in the Schedule below.
A copy of the amended Order, can be inspected on the Council’s Internet Website https://www.npt.gov.uk/traffic-regulation-orders-tros.
If any person wishes to question the validity of the Order or of any of its powers on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred
by the Act or that any requirements of the Act or of any instrument made under the Act has not been complied with, that person, may,
within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order is made, apply for that purpose to the High Court
SCHEDULE
Amendment to Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council (Off-Street Parking Places) Order 2021
The Schedule in the Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council (Off Street Parking Places) Order 2021 (hereinafter referred to as the “Principal Order”) is hereby replaced and substituted with the Schedule set out in this Notice and the aforesaid “Principal Order” will hereinafter be read and
construed accordingly.
The Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council (Off Street Parking Places) (Amendment) Order 2022 is hereby revoked.
