Amendments will come into effect on the 2 January 2024

Maidenhead Leisure Centre Car Park, Maidenhead - Amendment to extent of the car park.
Notice is hereby given that the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead (“the Council”) has amended the above Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and the Traffic Management Act 2004
A copy of the new Orders referred to above, a list of Orders consolidated by
them, a statement of effect together with associated drawings are available by contacting the Parking section parking@rbwm.gov.uk
If any person wishes to question the validity of the above Orders or of any of its provisions on the grounds that they are not made within the powers conferred by the Act, or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument made under the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within six weeks from the date on which the Orders are made, apply for that purpose in writing to the High Court.
