Ar 23 Tachwedd 2023, gwnaeth Cyngor Sir Dinas a Sir Caerdydd wrth arfer ei bwerau dan Adran 14(1) Deddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (fel y’i diwygiwyd) a’r holl bwerau galluogi eraill, Orchymyn i wahardd unrhyw berson rhag defnyddio neu deithio ar hyd Llwybr Troed Rhif 18 Capel Llanilltern (llwybr troed o’r gyffordd â Heol Llantrisant tua’r de-orllewin i’r gyffordd â’r M4.)
Mae’r Gorchymyn yn angenrheidiol i hwyluso gwaith ar neu ger y briffordd, a disgwyl-ir iddo ddod i rym ddydd Sadwrn 25 Tachwedd 2023.
Bydd y cyfyngiad a bennir ond yn weithredol ar yr adegau ac i'r graddau a nodir drwy arddangos arwyddion a/neu hysbysiadau. Bydd y Gorchymyn ar waith am hyd at 6 mis.
Enw'r Gorchymyn yw "Gorchymyn Cyngor Sir Dinas a Sir Caerdydd (Llwybr Troed Rhif 18 Capel Llanilltern, Caerdydd) (Cau Dros Dro) 2023".

THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
AND COUNTY OF CARDIFF
(CAPEL LLANILTERNE FOOTPATH NO.18, CARDIFF)
(TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2023
On the 23rd November 2023, The County Council of the City and County of Cardiff in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), and of all other enabling powers, made an Order the general effect of which is to prevent any person from using or proceeding along Capel Llanilterne Footpath No.18 (footpath from its junction with Llantrisant Road in a south-westerly direction to its junction with the M4).
The Order is necessary to facilitate works on or near to the highway and is expected to come into operation on Saturday 25th November 2023.
The restriction specified will only have the effect at such times and to such extent as indicated by the display of signs and/or notices. The Order will remain in force for a maximum of 6 months.
The Order is known as “The County Council of the City and County of Cardiff (Capel Llanilterne Footpath No.18, Cardiff) (Temporary Closure) Order 2023”.
