What is happening?

(DUDLEY ROAD ETC BIRMINGHAM) (TRAFFIC REGULATION) ORDER 202*
(DUDLEY ROAD ETC BIRMINGHAM) (TRAFFIC REGULATION) (MOVEMENT) ORDER 202*
NOTICE is hereby given that the above named Council propose to make these Orders under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32, 35, 45, 46, 49, 53,101 and 102 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended) the effect of which will be as follows:
1. To vary waiting & loading restrictions on DUDLEY ROAD, NORTHBROOK STREET, COPLOW STREET, WESTERN ROAD, HEATH STREET SOUTH, HOOPER STREET, and WESTERN ROAD, BIRMINGHAM
2. To introduce a No Right Turn on the access/egress road to Birmingham City Hospital at the junction with Dudley Road.
3. To introduce No U Turns on DUDLEY ROAD:
a. (westbound) at the western extremity of the central reservation west of the junction with access/egress road to Birmingham City Hospital (off Dudley Road)
b. (westbound) at the western extremity of the central reservation east of the junction with Western Road.
c. (eastbound) at the eastern extremity of the central reservation west of the junction with Western Road.
d. (eastbound) at the eastern extremity of the central reservation east of the junction with Western Road
Any person wishing to object to the proposals should write to the Assistant Director – Transport & Connectivity at Place, Prosperity & Sustainability Directorate, Birmingham City Council, PO Box 14439, Birmingham B2 2JE stating the grounds for objection by 15th December 2023
