NORTH TYNESIDE COUNCIL

PERCY GARDENS, TYNEMOUTH TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC ORDER 2023

North Tyneside Council gives notice that it has made an Order under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order prohibits all through traffic on East Street, Percy Gardens Grand Parade.
An alternate route is available via High Flatworth, Wallsend Road, A19 Trunk Road, A19 J A193 Join NW, A19 From Tyne Tunnel North Entrance To J A193 NW, A19 From J A193 To J A1058 NW, A19 J A1058 Roundabout, The Silverlink, Osprey Drive.
An alternate route is available via Percy Park Road and Front Street.
The proposed temporary Order is required to facilitate the construction of a new cycle route.
The Order will come into force on 13th November 2023 lasting until April 2024
