ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14(1)

(Town Hill, Bramham, Leeds)

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s) for gas mains replacement works, Leeds City Council has today made an Order, the effect of which is as follows: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along: 1. Town Hill, Bramham, Leeds in the Wetherby Ward between its junctions with Church Hill and Low way. A diversionary route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via: High Street, Aberford Road, Paradise Way, Bowcliffe Road and vice versa. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order is intended to operate from: a. 00:00 hours on Monday 20th November 2023 to 23:59 hours on Friday 1st December 2023. K Krawczyk. Ref: RC301031.

(Chatsworth Drive, Leeds)

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highways (Install washout hydrant) Leeds City Council has today made an Order the effect of which will be that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Chatsworth Drive, Wetherby, Leeds in the Wetherby Ward between its junctions with Spofforth Hill and Burnham Court. A diversionary route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via: Chatsworth Drive, Spofforth Hill, Wentworth Gate, Manley Drive, Carlton Approach, Burnham Court. Essential access to premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order is intended to come into operation on Thursday 7th December 2023 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s) for Road closure required for Northern Gas Network works Leeds City Council intends in not less than 7 days to make an Order the effect of which will be that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Manor Road, Horsforth, Leeds in the Horsforth Ward between its junctions with Manor Gate and Parkside. Suspension of one-way along Manor Road, Horsforth between its junctions with New Road Side and Manor Gate. Temporary Parking Restriction on Manor Road, Horsforth between its junctions with New Road side and Manor Gate. A diversionary route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via: Manor Road, Parkside, New Road Side and vice versa. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order is intended to come into operation on Tuesday 12th December 2023 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s) for works to replace Gas main, Leeds City Council intends (in not less than 7 days) to make an Order, the effect of which will be as follows: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along: 1. Oak Tree Grove, Gipton, Leeds in the Gipton & Harehills Ward between its junctions with North Farm Road and Foundry Approach. A diversionary route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via: North Farm Road, Oak Tree Walk, Foundry Approach and vice-versa. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order is intended to operate from: a. Thursday 7th December 2023 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s) for footway works, Leeds City Council intends in not less than 7 days to make an Order the effect of which will be that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Bankfield Terrace, Burley, Leeds in the Kirkstall ward between its junctions with Bankfield Road and Argie Avenue. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order is intended to come into operation on 30 November 2023 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 –

SECTION 16A

(Leeds Christmas Market 2023) (Temporary Prohibition and Restriction of Cycleways) Order 2023 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that to facilitate the safe holding of the above event, Leeds City Council has today made an Order, the effect of which is as follows: no unauthorised person shall proceed or cause any bicycle to proceed in the length(s) of cycleways: 1. New Briggate between its junctions with The Headrow and Mark Lane; 2. Call Lane between its junctions with Crown Street and New Market Street. The Order is intended to operate from: Friday 24 November 2023 until Friday 22 December 2023 between 10:00 and 22:00 hours daily. Mr N Gardiner.

(Road Closure Order) (Special Events) Order 2023

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Leeds City Council as traffic authority for the Leeds Metropolitan District, has today made an Order prohibiting the use of certain roads by vehicles to facilitate the holding of the Blayds Mews Awards Evening Event. The effect of the Order is as follows: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed along or wait in the following locations at any time while the closure is in place: 1. Blayds Mews between numbers 3 to 7. The Order is intended to operate from: a. Tuesday 28th November 2023 between 16:00 hrs and 23:59 hrs. Provided that such prohibitions shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the events. Access for emergency services and pedestrians to all premises situated on or adjacent to any part of the road to be closed will be maintained. Mr N Gardiner.

Notice Is Hereby Given that because of works being carried out to repair the above, Leeds City Council has today made an Order, the effect of which is as follows: No person shall walk or proceed on or with a horse along the following: 1. Definitive Bridleway Great and Little Preston 26, Leeds from the rear of St Aidens RSPB. The Order is intended to operate from:

a. 18 November 2023 until 1 December 2023; between the hours of 08:30 and 15:30 each day. Ref: TC10062. Public Footpath Leeds 87, Leeds

(Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2023

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned footpath for ground excavation works and stability assessment of the land, Leeds City Council intends in not less than 7 days to make an Order the effect of which will be that: No person shall travel along Public Footpath Leeds 87, from 80m NorthWest of Ridge Road to a point approximately 240m from Ridge Road. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order is intended to come into operation on 30 November 2023 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 6 months or until the works are completed if earlier. Leeds City Council (Speed Limit) (No.42) Order 2023

Leeds City Council proposes to make the above Order under its powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to introduce: 40 MPH Speed Limit on: Otley Old Road, Bramhope, from its junction with Moor Road in a westerly direction to a point 7.5 metres north west of its junction with Dean Lane.

Leeds City Council proposes to make the above Order under its powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to introduce:-
