What is happening?

West Sussex County Council

((Crawley Borough) (Parking Places and Traffic Regulation)

(Consolidation) Order 2010) 

(Tinsley Lane North Amendment) Order 202*

NOTICE is hereby given that West Sussex County Council under the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, propose to make a permanent Traffic Order the effect of which will be to introduce:

(i)  A School Keep Clear restriction prohibiting stopping

8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday on the south-east side of Tinsley Lane North adjacent to The Gatwick School main entrance; and

(ii) lengths of prohibition of waiting at any time (double yellow lines) in and around the junction of Tinsley Lane North and Wheatstone Close and, on the western side of Wheatstone Close adjacent to the The Gatwick School rear entrances.

The consultation for this proposal will start on 22 November

2023 and, AT THAT TIME, full details of the proposal in this Notice can be viewed on our website www.westsussex.gov.uk/ tro. The website includes a response form for comments or objections.

Paper copies of documents will not be available to view in council offices or libraries. People without access to a computer who wish to view details of the scheme should telephone the West Sussex County Council Contact Centre on 01243 642105 to receive the documents by post.

Any objections or comments about the proposal must be received by 13 December 2023 quoting reference TRO/CRW9035/RC.
