Mae Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Conwy yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn dan Adrannau 1(1), 2(1) i (3) a Rhan IV Atodlen 9, Deddf Rheoleiddlo Traffig Ffyrdd 1984, i ddiwygio Gorchymyn Cydgrynhoi Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Conwy (Gwahardd a Chyfyngu ar Aros a Mannau Parcio ar y Stryd) 2006 i ymestyn y Parth Parcio wedi'i Reoli ar hyd y darn hwnnw o Bromenad y Gorllewin Bae Colwyn o'i gyffordd a Marine Road am bellter o 255 metr i gyfeiriad y gogledd-orllewin.
Gellir archwilio copi o'r Gorchymyn arfaethedig, ynghyd a map sy'n dangos y darnau o ffordd y mae'r Gorchymyn yn berthnasol iddynt, a datganiad o resymau'r Cyngor dros wneud y Gorchymyn arfaethedig yn Swyddfeydd y Cyngor, Coed Pella, Bae Colwyn ac ar wefan y Cyngor.
Dylid anfon unrhyw wrthwynebiadau i'r Gorchymyn arfaethedig, ynghyd a'r rhesymau drostynt, ar bapur at yr Adain Draffig, yr Amgylchedd Ffyrdd a Chyfleusterau, Blwch Post 1 Conwy LL30 9GN neu at traffig@conwy.gov.uk erbyn 15 Rhagfyr 2023.

The County Borough of Conwy (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting & On Street Parking Places) (Consolidation) Order 2006 (Amendment No 1) Order 2023 - West Promenade Colwyn Bay
The Conwy County Borough Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3) and Part IV of Schedule 9, of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which will amend the Conwy County Borough Council (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and On Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2006 to extend the Controlled Parking Zone to that length of West Promenade Colwyn Bay from its junction with Marine Road for a distance of 255 metres in a north westerly direction.
A copy of the proposed Order together with a map showing the lengths of road to which the Order relates and a statement of the Council's reasons for proposing to make the Order may be examined at the Council Offices Coed Pella Colwyn Bay and on the Council website
Objections to the proposed Order, together with the grounds on which they are made should be sent in writing to the Traffic Section, Environment Roads and Facilities, PO Box 1 Conwy LL30 9GN or to traffic@conwy.gov.uk by 15 December 2023.
