What is happening?

BIRMINGHAM CITY COUNCIL


(SALOP STREET ETC, BORDESLEY & HIGHGATE) (TRAFFIC REGULATION) ORDER 2024

NOTICE is hereby given that the above named Council have made an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32, 35, 45, 46, 49, 53,101 and 102 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) the effect of which will be as follows:

To introduce lengths of No Waiting at Any Time on SALOP STREET & DARWIN STREET (at its junction with Salop Street), BORDESLEY & HIGHGATE.

The Order will come into operation on 24th November 2023.

A copy of the Order together with the plans and a statement of the Council’s reasons will be made available on request. (Contact Imran Khan

If any person wishes to question the validity of this Order or of any of the provisions contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Act or on the grounds that any requirements of the Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to this Order may within 6 weeks from the 23rd November 2023 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
