TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURES - VARIOUS ROADS, COUNTYWIDE 2023 (No. 42)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hampshire County Council has made an order in accordance with the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 S.14 because of works on or near the road.

ROADS TO BE CLOSED: those parts of the following roads:

1) A334 Charles Watts Way, Hedge End, Eastleigh between its junction with Kanes Hill Roundabout and its junction with Hedge End Interchange

2) Factory Road, Eastleigh between its junction with Cranbury Road and its junction with Desborough Road

3) Chapel Lane, St Mary Bourne, Basingstoke between its junction with Stoke Lane and its termination

4) Totton Western bypass off-slip Northbound, New Forest between its junction with A326 and its junction with A36

5) Totton Western bypass onslip southbound, New Forest between its junction with A36 and its junction with A326

E) Poyner Close, Fareham between its junction with William Price

Gardens and its termination

7) Village Street, Upper Clatford, Test Valley between its junction with

Green Meadow Lane and its junction with Church Lane

8) Petersfield Road, Petersfield, East Hampshire between its junction

with Greenway Lane/ High Street and its junction with Heatherfield

9) Queens Road, Alton, East Hampshire between its junction with Butts Road and its junction with Rack

10) Halimote Road, Aldershot, Rushmoor between its junction with Grosvenor Road B3007 and its junction with The Grove

11) Loweswater Gardens, Whitehill, East Hampshire between its junction with Station Road and its termination

12) Martin Road, Martin, New Forest between its junction with East Martin Road and its junction with Pound Lane (works opposite Kingfisher Cottage)

DURATION OF ORDER: from 20th November 2023 for a period of 18 months. (This is the duration of the Order, not the works, which will vary according to technical requirements. Closure times and patterns will be indicated on site prior to and whilst the works are in progress.)

Reasonable facilities will be provided to allow access to adjacent premises while the work is being carried out.
