TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER -
WARREN ROAD, BRIGHTON
1. NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council intend not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order pursuant to powers in Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended which when it comes into force will have the following effect:-
(a) The temporary closure of Warren Road, Brighton, from its junction with Falmer Road to its junction with Wilson Avenue, except for access.
These works will be carried out overnight, 20:00 - 06:00 hours and in phases with shorter durations than detailed below, which will be in effect as and when signed
2. The Order is necessary to allow contractors to carry out Carriageway Surfacing works.
3. Pedestrian access will be maintained and diversions will be in place for vehicular traffic as signed.
4. This Order comes into force on 4 December 2023 for eighteen months or until such sooner time as the works are completed, which is anticipated to be 20 December 2023.
