(STAFFORD) (PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION OF WAITING AND LOADING AND PARKING PLACES) (CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2018 (AMENDMENT) NO. X/20XX
Staffordshire County Council propose to make a Traffic Regulation Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to introduce junction protection markings in the form of double yellow lines on Shannon Rd, Turnhill Cl, Crinan Gr, Shenley Gr and Burton Manor Rd in Stafford. These measures are promoted for avoiding danger to persons, or other traffic using the road or any other road, or for preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising. Documents may be examined during office hours at 1 Staffordshire Place, Tipping St, Stafford, ST16 2DH and during opening hours at Rising Brook Library, Merrey Rd, Stafford, Staffordshire, ST17 9LX or at
www.staffordshire.gov.uk/trafficregulationorders. Objections should be
sent in writing to: Highway Maintenance and Network Management,
Third Floor, Staffordshire Place 1, Tipping St, Stafford, ST16 2DH or to: trafficregulationorderobjections@staffordshire.gov.uk not later than 13/12/23 quoting reference HoCPS/TM/TR32/23 and stating the grounds on which they are made.
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 –
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC
Notice is hereby given that Staffordshire County Council on 21/11/23 made an Order the effect of which is to temporarily prohibit traffic along:
Marston Ln, Marston. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/ ?tm=136165955. The Order will come into operation on 23/11/23 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 12/12/23. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the reconnection works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
Seighford Ln, Seighford. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/ ?tm=135674601. The Order will come into operation on 23/11/23 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 25/11/23. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the connection works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
Notice is hereby given that Staffordshire County Council intend not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order the effect of which is to temporarily prohibit traffic along:
The Rank, Gnosall. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/?tm=135941800. The Order will come into operation on 12/12/23 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 14/12/23. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the boundary box renewal works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
Uttoxeter Rd, Stone. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/?tm=135455592. The Order will come into operation on 13/12/23 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 15/12/23. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the level crossing works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
B5027 Uttoxeter Rd, Stone. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/ ?tm=135343499. The Order will come into operation on 09/12/23 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 10/12/23. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the level crossing maintenance works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
Notice is hereby given that Staffordshire County Council on 21/11/23 made an Order the effect of which is to temporarily prohibit vehicles from proceeding along:
Meadow Ln, Little Haywood. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/?tm=135780411. The Order will come into operation on 23/11/23 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed on the same day. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the new BT service works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC AND
TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF ONE-WAY ORDER
Wolverhampton Rd, Garden St and Park St, Stafford. Notice is hereby given that Staffordshire County Council on 21/11/23 made an Order the effect of which is to temporarily prohibit traffic along Wolverhampton Rd, Stafford and temporarily suspend the one-way order along Garden St and Park St each night from 20:00-06:00 between the dates below. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/?tm=136250188. The Order will come into operation on 27/11/23 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 08/12/23. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the investigatory works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
