Mossop Street - Temporary Road Closure For Utility Works
What is happening?
THE ROYAL BOROUGH OF KENSINGTON AND CHELSEA
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURES MOSSOP STREET
The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea has made an Order under The Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991 Schedule 1 - Section 14 (1) (A) and all other enabling powers prohibiting vehicles from proceeding or waiting in roads cited below. Where necessary to maintain access for residents and occupiers one way or two-way traffic working may be imposed on affected roads.
ROAD CLOSED TO VEHICLES FOR UTILITY WORKS.
Mossop Street to be closed from the junction of Draycott Avenue to the junction of Ives Street.
To be closed from 08.00hrs on Monday 27th November 2023 until 18.00hrs on Friday 1st December 2023, with backup dates of Monday 4th December 2023 until Friday 8th December 2023, or until such time as the works are complete.
Diverted through traffic may use Draycott Avenue, Denver Street, Rawlings Street, Mossop Street.
Access will be maintained for residents and occupiers.
Nothing in this Order shall apply to anything done with the permission of, or at the direction of, a police constable in uniform or a traffic warden.
Nothing in this Order shall apply to any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes, or for the purposes of a statutory undertaker in an emergency.
