Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
(U61203 Gilvers Lane, Welland) (Temporary Closure) Order 2023
Proposed Order: to close that part of U61203 Gilvers Lane from its junction with C2054 Welland to its junction with U61202 Brotheridge Green Lane.
Reason: Underground Fibre cabling work by Openreach.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U61203 Gilvers Lane, U61202 Brotheridge Green, C2099 Hook Bank, C2099 Welland, C2054 Welland, and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days. Commencing: 12 December 2023.
(C2260 Madresfield Road, Malvern) (Temporary Closure) Order 2023
Order Made: to close that part of C2260 Madresfield Road from its junction with U63304 Pound Bank Road to its junction with C2102 Madresfield.
Reason: Carriageway patching by WCC.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: C2102 Madresfield, U63323 Hall Green, B4211 Guarlford Road, B4211 Barnards Green Road, U63304 Pound Bank Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days between 20 November 2023 and 1 December
2023.
(U63507 Somers Park Avenue, Malvern) (Temporary Closure) Order 2023
Proposed Order: to close that part of U63507 Somers Park Avenue from its junction with U63503 Beauchamp Road to its junction with C2205 Howsell Road.
Reason: Replacement/repair of speed cushions by WCC.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U63507 Somers Park Avenue, U63509 Albert Park Road, U63511 Fredrick Road, C2205 Howsell Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 7 days. Commencing: 11 December 2023.
(U63422 Handbury Road, Malvern) (Temporary Closure) Order 2023
Order Made: to close that part of U63422 Handbury Road from its junction with U63424 Goodwood Road to its junction with C2237 Lower Howsell Road.
Reason: Carriageway Patching by WCC.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U63424 Goodwood Road, U63425 Church Road, C2237 Lower Howsell Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day only between 20 November 2023 and 1 December
2023.
