(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Ives. This prohibition is necessary for cabling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 18th December 2023 to 20th December 2023. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1800 and 0600, weekdays only.
Road affected - Chapel Street, St Ives between grid references SW5171240444 and SW5169140400.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 20th November 2023 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Penzance. This prohibition is necessary for fibre connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 4th December 2023 to 14th December 2023. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
Road affected - Germoe, Penzance between grid reference SW5849429560 to outside the property known as Tremarric.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 20th November 2023 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Phillack.
This prohibition is necessary for sewer pipe cleaning works and it is expected that the closure will be from 4th December 2023 to 8th December 2023. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0900 and 1700, weekdays only.
Road affected - King George V Memorial Walk, Phillack for its entire length.
