(BIRMINGHAM CITY COUNCIL (PARKING PLACES AND CONTROLLED PARKING ZONE) (BIRMINGHAM) (CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 1995) (VARIATION) (REF 1055) ORDER 202*
NOTICE is hereby given that the above named Council propose to make this Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32, 35, 45, 46, 49, 53, 84(1) and (2) 101 and 102 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended) the effect of which will be as follows:
To vary existing waiting restrictions on BROMSGROVE STREET, ESSEX STREET & LOWER ESSEX STREET, BORDESLEY & HIGHGATE, including lengths of Pay & Display parking on lengths of BROMSGROVE STREET (between the junctions of Essex Street and Hurst Street), ESSEX STREET (north of the junction with Bromsgrove Street) and LOWER ESSEX STREET, (between the junctions of Kent Street & Sherlock Street).
These proposals are in addition to previous proposals for these locations advertised on 30th May 2023.

Any person wishing to object to the proposed Order should write to the Assistant Director – Transport & Connectivity at Place, Prosperity & Sustainability Directorate, Birmingham City Council, PO Box 14439, Birmingham B2 2JE stating the grounds for objection by 11th December 2023.
