What is happening?

THE PORTSMOUTH CITY COUNCIL (VARIOUS ROADS) (DISABLED PERSONS’ PARKING PLACES AND AMENDMENTS) (NO. 242A) ORDER 2023

Notice is hereby given that the Portsmouth City Council on 16 November 2023 made the above Order. The Order comes into operation on 20 November 2023, to effect:
A) DISABLED PERSONS’ PARKING BAYS (MINIMUM 5-METRE LENGTH)
Only vehicles displaying a Blue Badge or relevant permit issued by the Council may park at these locations:
Battenburg Avenue (outside no. 51)
Baffins Road (outside no. 3)
Blakemere Crescent (outside no's 67-69)

Braintree Road (outside no. 40)

Alternatively, they can be viewed at the Civic Offices, Guildhall Square, PO1 2AL, Monday to Friday between 9am - 4pm. Printed copies can be obtained by calling 023 9268 8501.
Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or any of its provisions, on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant enabling Act, or that a requirement of any such enabling Act or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with, may, within 6 weeks from the date of the Order, make application for this purpose to the High Court.
