(AINTREE CLOSE)
TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2023

Sunderland City Council gives notice that it intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which is to temporarily prohibit all pedestrian traffic from those sections of footpaths and footways listed in the schedule. The Order is required to allow for works to the gas main. The order will come into force on 11th December 2023. The maximum duration of the closure under the Order will be six months. An alternative route will be provided and pedestrian access to properties will be maintained throughout.
Schedule: Aintree Close - the southern boundary footpath, from the extended western property boundary of no.1 Aintree Close, to its eastern extent; Aintree Close - from the southern property boundary of no.8 Aintree Close, to its junction with Hertburn Gardens.
Dated: 17th November 2023. Patrick Melia, Chief Executive, Sunderland City Council, City Hall, Plater Way, Sunderland, SR1 3AA
