What is happening?

NOTICE OF PROPOSALS
MILLSTONE LANE BARNACK – ONE WAY STREET ORDER 2023
Notice is hereby given that The Council of the City of Peterborough
proposes to make the above mentioned Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1)
to 2(4), 4(2) and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation
Act1984, ‘the Act of 1984’ and of all other enabling powers.
The effect of this Order is to make Millstone Lane into one way street
in asoutherly direction from its junction with School Road to its junction
with Walcot Road.
All vehicles are therefore prohibited from undertaking the following
manoeuvres.
a) entering Millstone Lane from its junction with Walcot Road
Copies of the draft order, along with a statement of theCouncil’s reasons
for proposing to make the Order, can be requested by contacting
01733747474 or trafficregulation@peterborough.gov.uk
If you have any comments on the proposed Order they mustbe submitted
using the online form at https://forms.office.com/e/61v64c3c1y or in
writing to the undersigned by the closing date of 15th December 2023
clearly stating your reasons for objecting.
