Graham Road, Temporary Closure due to Resurfacing Works
What is happening?

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 AS AMENDED BY THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 SECTION 14(1)
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
GRAHAM ROAD NW4
The BARNET LONDON BOROUGH COUNCIL HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that owing for the need to facilitate the undertaking of essential carriageway resurfacing works, they have made an Order which will:
(a) temporarily close Graham Road NW4 at its junction with Crespigny Road NW4, while the works take place.
(b) temporarily close Graham Road NW4 at its junction with Fosote Road NW4, while the works take place.
(c) temporarily close Graham Road NW4 at its junction with Allington Road NW4, while the works take place.
The works will commence at 8.00am on Friday 17th November 2023 and is expected to last for 1 day.
The alternative route for motorists will be via Allington Road, Elliot Road and vice versa.
Nothing in the above paragraphs shall apply to anything done with the permission of or at the direction of a Police Constable or a Civil Enforcement Officer in uniform.
