NOTICE is hereby given that the City of Doncaster Council
intend, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to
make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Road Traffic
(Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991 because works are being
or proposed to be executed on or near the road and the effect
will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding in that length
of Guest Lane at Warmsworth in the City of Doncaster District
as described in the Schedule to this notice on the dates and
times referred to in the said Schedule.
Reason for closure: To ensure the safety of the public and the
workforce whilst works to carry out a detailed bridge
examination are undertaken.
NOTICE is also given that there is no alternative route for
vehicles affected by the Order. Those residents and
businesses directly affected by the works will be notified of
the scheme and access arrangements.

NOTICE is hereby given that the City of Doncaster Council
have made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Road Traffic
(Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991 because works are being
or proposed to be executed on or near the road and the effect
will be to prohibit any vehicle from exceeding the 40mph
speed limit in that length of the A19 Doncaster Road at Toll
Bar in the City of Doncaster District as described in the
Schedule to this notice on the dates and times referred to in
the said Schedule
Reason for closure: To ensure the safety of the public and the
workforce whilst the provision of pre-surface dressing works
are undertaken on the carriageway
NOTICE is also given that there is no alternative route for
vehicles affected by the Order. Those residents and

carry out in or near the said road have been completed,

SCHEDULE
Location
Introduce a temporary 40 mph speed limit on the A19
Doncaster Road, Toll Bar from a point 50 meters south of its
junction with Tiltshills Lane in a northerly direction continuing
on the A19 Doncaster Road, Owston for a distance of
2385 meters.
Dates and Times
On or after 20th November until 29th February 2024.
The temporary reduction in speed limits will take place on up
to 3 separate occasions, with each occasion lasting no longer
than 5 consecutive days, between 09:30hrs and 15:30hrs.
The works will be undertaken in phases and the reduced
speed limit will only be in force during those occasions within
the periods specified in the Order and when the appropriate
speed limit signs are displayed.
In the event of engineering difficulties and/or adverse weather
conditions, the closure may extend beyond this date although
all closures to be completed by the 31st March 2024.
QUEENS ROAD WHEATLEY DONCASTER

NOTICE is hereby given that the City of Doncaster Council
intend, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to
make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Road Traffic
(Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991 because works are being
or proposed to be executed on or near the road and the effect
will be to prohibit any vehicle from entering, proceeding or
waiting in those lengths of Queens Road at Wheatley in the
City of Doncaster District as described in the Schedule
to this notice on the dates and times referred to in the
said Schedule.
Reason for closure: To ensure the safety of the public and the
workforce whilst carriageway resurfacing works are
undertaken.
NOTICE is also given that the alternative route for vehicles
affected by the Order is as described in the Schedule to this
notice.
Any vehicle that is in contravention of the waiting restriction
imposed by this Order may be removed under the provisions
of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.
Any contravention of the prohibitions or restrictions imposed
by this Order may result in a Penalty Charge Notice being
issued and the subsequent removal of a vehicle.
