C121 Old Moor Stead Junction To Linton Lane - Temporary Road Closure

C121 OLD MOOR STEAD JUNCTION TO LINTON LANE LONGHIRST
(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2023

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council intends to make an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the C121 Old Moor Stead Junction To Linton Lane Longhirst from 20 metres south of South Linton Farm to the rear of 8 Foxcover for a length of 860 metres in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective from the 4th December 2023 until the 4th June 2024.
It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 4th December 2023 until the 15th December 2023 between the hours of 08:00 - 16:00 during this period; however, the order will remain in place until 4th June 2024.
The alternative route for vehicular traffic will be via the C121, C125, A1068, C120 and vice-versa. Enquiries should be made to Northumberland County Council’s Contact Centre 0345 600 6400 or at https://one.network (enter the road number and road name). – Ref:136121109
The closure has been requested by Northumberland County Council for civil repairs and resurfacing works.
In order to minimise future disruption, other contractors may be undertaking works throughout the duration of this Order.
