Bwrdeistref Sirol Rhondda Cynon Taf ar 19 Mai 2023 yn unol ag
adran 14(1) o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (“y
Ddeddf”) a fyddai wedi dod i ben ar 21 Tachwedd 2023 yn
parhau ewn grym. Bydd y Gorchymyn yma, dan awdurdod Y
Dirprwy Weinidog Newid Hinsawdd, yn gweithredu o dan
awdurdod y Gweinigod dros Newid Hinsawdd, un o Weinidogion
Cymru, wrth adfer y pwerau a roddir gan Adran 15(5) o'r Ddeddf,
mewn grym hyd at ac yn cynnwys 21 Mai 2024
Bydd y Gorchymyn yma'n cau'r rhannau canlynol o'r llwybrau
yma dros dro:-
Cau Llwybr Troed Dros Dro
Rhannau o Lwybr Troed 17 Llanilltud Faerdref
Y rhan honno o'r llwybr troed sy'n cychwyn ar Lwybr Troed 17
Llanilltud Faerdref (ST 08871 87615) ac yn parhau tua'r gogledd
am 100 metr i gyffordd Llwybr Troed 107 Pontypridd (ST 08875
87683)

Y rhan honno o'r llwybr troed sy'n cychwyn ar Lwybr Troed 17
Llanilltud Faerdref (ST 08871 87615) ac yn parhau tua'r gogledd
am 430 metr i gyffordd Stryd Merfyn (ST 08875 87683)
Dylai'r cyhoedd ddefnyddio rhwydwaith y priffyrdd tra bo’r
l lwybrau ar gau.
Mae angen cau rhan yma'r llwybr troed oherwydd perygl posibl i'r
cyhoedd yn ystod gwaith i ailosod pont droed Trafnidiaeth Cymru

(TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2023
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Order made by Rhondda
Cynon Taff County Borough Council on 19th May 2023 under
section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (“the Act”)
which would have expired on 21st November 2023, has been
continued in force under authority of the Deputy Minister for
Climate Change, acting under the authority for the Minister for
Climate Change, one of the Welsh Ministers, in exercise of the
powers contained in section 15(5) of the Act and shall be
operative up to and including 21st May 2024
The effect of the Order will be to temporarily close the following
sections of paths:-
Temporary Footpath Closure
Parts of Footpath 17 Llantwit Fardre
That part of the footpath that commences on Footpath 17 Llantwit
Fardre (ST 08871 87615) and continuing north for 100 metres to
junction of Footpath 107 Pontypridd (ST 08875 87683)
Parts of Footpath 107 Pontypridd
That part of the footpath that commences at the junction with
Footpath 17 Llantwit Fardre (ST 08871 87615) and continuing
north for 430 metres to junction with Mervyn Street (ST 008875
87683)
During the period of the closure, the public should use the
existing highway network.
The closure is necessary because of the likelihood of danger to
the public during replacement of Transport for Wales footbridge
works.
