ORDER 2016) AMENDMENT NUMBER 9

WHELDON ROAD AREA AND

VARIOUS ROADS, CASTLEFORD

The Council of the City of Wakefield proposes to make the above Order under its powers in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and the Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which, in relation to various roads in Castleford, is to vary the Council of the City of Wakefield (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions And Street Parking Places) (Consolidation Order 2016) by introducing:-

•  No Waiting at Any Time restrictions along part of Wheldon Road, Stansfield Road and Bridge Street.

•  No Waiting at Any Time and No Loading at Any Time restrictions along part of Wheldon Road.

•  Permit Holders Only restriction on Princess

Street, School Street, Swiss Street, New Street, Greek Street, Brazil Street and Queen Street.

•  Limited Waiting restriction between the hours of 8am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday (inclusive), 2 Hours Maximum Stay, No Return Within 1 Hour on Bridge Street.

•  Disabled Parking Bay(s) on a length of road on Bridge Street.
