Proposed Order: to close that part of Link Footpath F30202 Foxcote Close (between nos. 12/13) from its junction with U32433 Foxcote Close to its junction with Link Footpath F30211 (alongside nos. 33/37 Shawbury Close).

Reason: Footpath overlay by WCC.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Order made: to close that part of U23402 Packhorse Lane from its junction with U23403 Batemans Lane for a distance of 80 metres in a westerly direction.

Reason: Replacement of BT Pole by Telent Ltd.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: U23403 Batemans Lane, C2036 Silver Street, C2040 Middle Lane, U23402 Packhorse Lane and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day. Commencing: 20 November 2023.

(U23242 School Lane, Alvechurch) (Temporary Closure) Order 2023

Proposed Order: to close that part of U23242 School Lane from its junction with C2291 Swan Street to its junction with C2001 Bear Hill.

Reason: Work to lay new ducting by Openreach.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: C2291 Swan Street, C2001 Bear Hill, and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day. Commencing: 13 December 2023.

(C2034 The Holloway, Alvechurch) (Temporary Closure) Order 2023

Order made: to close that part of C2034 The Holloway from its junction with C2291 Redditch Road to its junction with C2034 Rowney Green Lane.

Reason: New/replacement gas main by Flowaime Ltd.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: C2291 Redditch Road, C2291 Swan Street, C2001 Radford Road, C2034 Rowney Green Lane and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 19 days. Commencing: 20 November 2023.

(U30306 Malvern Road, Redditch) (Temporary Closure) Order 2023

Order made: to close that part of U30306 Malvern Road from its junction with U30307 Vaynor Drive to its junction with U30311 Mason Road.

Reason: Fibre broadband installation by Lit Fibre Group Ltd.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: U30309 Byron Road, U30311 Mason Road and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days (24hrs). Commencing: 20 November 2023.

(Various Link Footpaths F30326 Dormston Close, Redditch) (Temporary Closure) Order 2023

Proposed Order: to close that part of:

Phase 1: Link Footpath F30326 Dormston Close (front and rear nos.17-24) from its junction with Link Footpath F30304 Greenfield (side Jubilee House) to Dormston Close for a distance of 39 metres in a southerly direction.

Phase 2: Link Footpath F30326 Dormston Close (at Steps) (fronting no.69) from its junction with U33435 Dormston Close for a distance of 48 metres in a westerly direction.

Phase 3: Link Footpath Dormston Close (fronting no. 6-9) from its junction with U33435 Dormston Close for a distance of 120 metres in a south westerly direction. Reason: Replacement gas main by Cadent Gas.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Reason: Footway Reconstruction by WCC.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 13 days between the 20 November 2023 to 6 December 2023 (Road to reopen 25 November 2023 - 26 November 2023 to facilitate Christmas lights switch on).

Order made: to close that part of U23202 Gravel Pit Lane from its junction with C2034 Rowney Green Lane to its junction with U23202 Chapel Lane.

Reason: Replace telecoms pole by Telent Ltd.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: U23202 Chapel Lane, C2034 Rowney Green Lane and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day. Commencing: 17 November 2023.
