Forge Lane Etc - Road Traffic Regulation to Introduce Lengths of No Waiting at Any Time
What is happening?
BIRMINGHAM CITY COUNCIL
(FORGE LANE ETC SUTTON COLDFIELD) (TRAFFIC REGULATION) ORDER 2023
NOTICE is hereby given that the above named Council have made an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32, 35, 45, 46, 49, 53,101 and 102 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended) the effect of which will be as follows:
1. To introduce No Waiting 8am – Midnight on a length of FORGE LANE, SUTTON WALMLEY & MINWORTH.
2. To introduce lengths of No Waiting At Any Time on FORGE LANE & FIRST AVENUE, SUTTON WALMLEY & MINWORTH.
The Order will come into operation on 17th November 2023.

If any person wishes to question the validity of this Order or of any of the provisions contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Act or on the grounds that any requirements of the Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to this Order may within 6 weeks from the 16th November 2023 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
