Lindridge Road - Road Traffic Regulation to Introduce No Waiting
What is happening?
BIRMINGHAM CITY COUNCIL
(LINDRIDGE ROAD, SUTTON REDDICAP) (TRAFFIC REGULATION) ORDER 2023
NOTICE is hereby given that the above named Council have made an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 101 and 102 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) the effect of which will be as follows:
1. To introduce No Waiting Mon-Fri 8am to 4pm restrictions on lengths of LINDRIDGE ROAD.
The Order will come into operation on 17th November 2023.

If any person wishes to question the validity of this Order or of any of the provisions contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Act or on the grounds that any requirements of the Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to this Order may within 6 weeks from the 16th November 2023 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
