(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2023
(TEMPORARY AMENDMENT) ORDER 2023

Lancashire County Council (“the County Council”) in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) (a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, (the Act), and of all other enabling powers, HEREBY makes the following Order:
The Lancashire County Council (CHURCH LANE, BILSBORROW, WYRE BOROUGH) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2023), is hereby temporarily Amended in that:
i. To amend Article 3 as follows:
The prohibition will be operative daily from 0800 hours to 1800 hours on Monday 13th November 2023 to Monday 20th November 2023 or until completion of the works within this period. Access will be maintained whenever and wherever possible.
This Temporary Amendment Order shall come into operation on Wednesday 8th November 2023 and may be cited as “Lancashire County Council (CHURCH LANE, BILSBORROW, WYRE BOROUGH) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2023 (TEMPORARY AMENDMENT) ORDER 2023”
