Llwybr Troed 120 (Llanofer Fawr) o Bwynt C (SO3233507142) i gyfeiriad y Dwyrain De-Ddwyrain am 241m i bwynt A(SO3256807079), O A, i gyfeiriad y Dwyrain am 100m i bwynt M(SO3266907073), o M i gyfeiriad y Dwyrain De Ddwyrain am 74m i bwynt J(SO3273707047) GORCHYMYN DIDDYMU Roedd y gorchymyn uchod, a wnaed ar 22ain  o Awst 2022 o dan adran 118 o Ddeddf Priffyrdd 1980, wedi diddymu’r llwybrau cyhoeddus; Llwybr Troed 119(Goetre Fawr) o Bwynt F (SO3222707239) i gyfeiriad y De Ddwyrain am 123m i bwynt E (SO3230707144). Llwybr Troed 120 (Goetre Fawr) o bwynt K (SO3238907058) i gyfeiriad y Gogledd Orllewin am 103m i Bwynt B (SO3231707124). Llwybr Troed 179 (Llanover Fawr) O bwynt H (SO3270507009) i gyfeiriad y Gorllewin am 162m i bwynt G (SO3255106991). O G i gyfeiriad y Gorllewin Gogledd Orllewin am 181m i bwynt K (SO3238907058)  Yn dilyn arolygiad ar 18 Hydref 2023, canfu’r Awdurdod y cydymffur.fiwyd â darpariaethau Rhan 1 atodlen y gorchymyn creu, hynny yw, bod y llwybrau troed wedi’u creu i foddhad rhesymol yr Awdurdod. Mae’r aw.durdod drwy hyn yn tystio bod creu’r llwybr troed wedi dod i rym o’r dyddiad hwnnw.  Mae copi o’r Gorchmynion fel y’u cadarnhawyd a’r mapiau sydd ynddynt wedi’u rhoi a gellir eu harchwilio yn rhad ac am ddim yn Hyb Cymunedol y Fenni, Stryd y Groes, Y Fenni, NP7 5HD, rhwng dydd Llun a dydd Iau  o 9am-1pm a 2-5pm ac ar ddydd Gwener o 9am. -1pm a 2-4.30pm. Gellir cael copïau o’r gorchymyn a’r map yno neu gellir dod o hyd i’r dogfennau yn http://www.monmouthshire.gov.uk/?p=48611.  Mae’n rhaid i unrhyw berson sy’n dymuno hawlio iawndal o dan A28, fel y’i cymhwysir gan A121(2) o Ddeddf 1980 am ddibrisiant neu ddifrod oherwydd aflonyddwch o ganlyniad i’r Gorchymyn yn dod i rym, wneud eu hawliad yn ysgrifenedig wedi’i gyfeirio at y Prif Swyddog - Y Gyfraith. a Llywodraethu, Neuadd y Sir, Y Rhadyr, Brynbuga, NP15 1GA a’i gyflwyno drwy ei ddanfon i’r cyfeiriad uchod, neu ei anfon yno drwy’r post blaendaledig i’r cyfeiriad uchod o fewn chwe mis i’r Gorchymyn ddod i rym.  Daw’r Gorchmynion i rym ar 17eg o Dachwedd 2023. Os yw person a dramgwyddir gan y Gorchymyn yn dymuno cwestiynu ei ddilysrwydd, neu ddilysrwydd unrhyw ddarpariaeth a gynhwysir ynddo, ar y sail nad yw o fewn pwerau Deddf Priffyrdd 1980, fel y’i diwygiwyd, neu ar y sail nas cydymffurfiwyd ag unrhyw un o ofynion y Ddeddf, fel y’i diwygiwyd, neu unrhyw un o reoliadau a wnaed o dan y Ddeddf mewn perthynas â’r Gorchymyn, o dan baragraff 2 o Atodlen 2 y Ddeddf fel y’i cymhwysir gan baragraff 5 o Atodlen 6 i’r Ddeddf, gallant, o fewn chwech wythnos o ddyddiad y rhybudd hwn, wneud cais i’r Uchel Lys.  Dyddiedig: 15fed o Dachwedd 2023  James Williams, Prif Swyddog - Y Gyfraith a Llywodraethu, Cyngor Sir Fynwy  Notice Of Confirmation Of Public Path Orders Sections 118 & 26 - Highways Act 1980 Monmouthshire County Council Public Path Order – Creation Order S26  Abergwenllan – Footpath Nos. 119(Part), Goetre Fawr And Footpath  179 Llanover Fawr Public Path Order – Extinguishment Order S118 Abergwenllan - Footpaths 119(Part) And 120, Goetre Fawr And Footpath 179, Llanover Fawr  On the 14th November 2023 Monmouthshire County Council confirmed without modifications the above-named Orders made under Sections 118 and 26 of the Highways Act 1980.  Creation Order The above order, made on 22nd August 2022, under section 26 of the Highways Act 1980 created the following footpaths: 119 (Part) (Goetre Fawr) from Point F (SO3222707239) in a South Easterly direction a distance of 140m to Point D (SO3233307148). Footpath 120 (Llanover Fawr) from Point C (SO3233507142) in an East South Easterly direction a distance of 241m to point A(SO3256807079), From A, in an Easterly direction 100m to point M(SO3266907073), from M in East South Easterly direction for 74m to point J(SO3273707047) Extinguishment Order The above order, made on 22nd August2022 under section 118 of the Highways Act 1980 extinguished the public footpaths; Footpath 119(Goetre Fawr) from Point F (SO3222707239) South Easterly for 123m to point E (SO3230707144). Footpath 120(Goetre Fawr) from point K (SO3238907058) North Westerly for 103m to Point B (SO3231707124). Footpath 179 (Llan-over Fawr) From point H (SO3270507009) Westerly for 162m to point G (SO3255106991). From G West North Westerly for 181m to point K (SO3238907058)  After inspection on 18th October 2023, the Authority found that the provisions of Part 1 of the schedule to the creation order had been complied with in that the footpaths been created to the reasonable satisfaction of the Authority. The authority hereby certifies that the creation of the footpath took effect from that date.  A copy of the Orders as confirmed and the maps contained in them have been placed and may be inspected free of charge at Abergavenny Com.munity Hub, Cross Street, Abergavenny, NP7 5HD, Mon to Thurs from 9am-1pm and 2-5pm and Fri 9am-1pm and 2-4.30pm. Copies of the order and map may be obtained there Alternatively the documents may be found at http://www.monmouthshire.gov.uk/?p=48611.  Any person who wishes to claim compensation under S28, as applied by S121(2) of the 1980 Act for depreciation or damage for disturbance in consequence of the coming into operation of the Order must make his claim in writing addressed to the Chief Officer  - Law & Governance, County Hall, The Rhadyr, Usk, NP15 1GA and serve it by delivering it at, or sending it by pre-paid post to the above address within six months of the Order coming into effect.  The Orders come into force on the 17th November 2023. If a person aggrieved by the Order desires to question their validity, or that of any provision contained in them, on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the Highways Act 1980, as amended, or on the ground that any requirement of the Act, as amended, or of any regulation made under the Act has not been complied with in relation to the Order, he may, under paragraph 2 of Schedule 2 to the Act as applied by paragraph 5 of Schedule 6 to the Act, within six weeks from the date of this notice, make an application to the High Court.  Dated:  15th November 2023  James Williams, Chief Officer  - Law & Governance, Monmouthshire County Council
