NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 9th day of November 2023 Cornwall Council
made the above Orders operational from 17th day of November 2023 to regulate
traffic in the China Clay Community Network Area. Their effect is to introduce and
amend waiting restrictions and speed limits as specified below.
The Orders and relevant documents are available for public inspection during
normal office hours at Reception, New County Hall, Treyew Road, Truro, TR1 3AY.

obtain further information. Please quote reference EDG1988 on all correspondence.
Any person wishing to question the validity of the waiting restriction Orders or any
provision thereof on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that a requirement of that Act or any relevant
regulation made thereunder has not been complied with may, within 6 weeks from 9th
November 2023, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
NANPEAN

Fore Street at junction with Grenville Meadows; Grenville Meadows at junction with
Fore Street.
ROCHE
No waiting at any time
Edgcumbe Road at junction with Parkwoon Close; Parkwoon Close at junction with
Edgcumbe Road.
ROSEVEAN/ROSEVEAR
30mph speed limit
B3374 between Rosevear Road and Kerrow Moor between 111m and 143m southeast
of Access to Bugle Workshop; Road from Bowling Green to Higher Menadew
between 6m and 55m north-east of access leading to Trelanergh; Road from
Corner Bungalow to Rosevean from western junction with Access to Springfield
for 42m west; Road from Rescorla to Bowling Green from north side of junction
with Road from Rosevean to Bowling Green for 49m south; Road from Rosevean to
Bowling Green for its entire length; Road from junction south of Bowling Green to
Treskilling for 22m east.
40mph speed limit
B3374 from Bugle to Carloggas from south side of access to Kerrow Moor Memorial
Works to 143m south-east of Access to Bugle Workshop.
STENALEES
No waiting at any time
Stannary Road at junction with Caudledown Lane.
Restricted Road (30mph speed limit)
Stannary Road from 16m south of Access to Rockhill Business Park to 155m north of
Caudledown Lane.
