THE COUNCIL HAS MADE
Public Footpath No.17, Little Missenden (Temporary Footpath Closure) Order 2023 under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which will temporarily prohibit any person from proceeding, except for access, in that length of Public Footpath No. 17 Parish of Little Missenden, which commences at the junction with Village Road, Little Missenden to the junction with the A413. The closure is required in the interest of public safety due to an outbreak of a contagious disease and to prevent further spread to adjoining farms. The Order will come into operation on 10 November 2023, as signed, with a maximum duration of 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the soonest.
