What is happening?

LINCOLNSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

(COLD HARBOUR – A52 HIGH DYKE & B6043 HIGH DYKE) (40MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2023
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lincolnshire County Council propose to make an Order under their powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to reduce the existing 60mph speed limit on High Dyke, Cold Harbour to 40mph in the vicinity of the B6403/A52 junction. The Order will come into operation on 13th November 2023 and a copy of the Order and a plan showing the lengths of road concerned with a Statement of Reasons can be requested.

These documents can be supplied to you by emailing TRO@lincolnshire.gov.uk or calling our Customer Service Centre on 01522 782070 during office hours. You may also be able to view these documents at the offices of South Kesteven District Council, during normal office hours Any person who desires to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order may within 6 weeks after 8th November 2023 make application to the High Court for this purpose.
